Student Information and Classroom Resources
I believe strongly that your child’s educational growth is just as much influenced by you, and that you are your child’s first teacher during his/her developmental years  (Arizona First Things First). Studies show that children gain many opinions and views about the world between birth and age 5, which includes attitudes toward education. Studies also show that high achieving students have families who take an active part in their education through reading at home daily, working on homework, less TV/game time and more family time; enrichment experiences such as museums, library trips, etc... I feel that together, we can assist your child to achieve his or her potential level of success. Please feel free to contact me for any questions or concerns that you may have.

Your child will have increased responsibilities this year not just for themselves, but for their learning as well, which is of greater importance given our larger class size. Students will have an agenda for which he/she is responsible to have signed nightly and returned to school daily. This agenda is an integral part of our home/school communication. Your child will be responsible for bringing this to school on a daily basis, showing me any notes or needed information, and vice versa. He/she will also be responsible for recording their behavior choices, special notes, along with assignments and standards.

Please take a few moments to review these pages. Also, please be sure to return any needed items or papers by their prospective due date. Again, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
